Train Yourself As A Team

Understand the difference between *Team* and *Group*. Try to make myself as functional as possible first. Think of the TOYOTA company spent three years in training their 250 supporting companies to work as a team to save the time and money in the long run.

Now, think about one of the good habit which I have developed- running everyday. First I have realized the necessity of it. Second, everyday at the same time, I want to run. Third, the result is beneficial, or at least doesn't do any harm. So, in order to train myself another life-long habit of planning, I have to assign fixed time each day to schedule and write summary too. Let's try to do that on each day in the evening on 10:30!
